The history of Reshte Polo goes back to other cities such as Kermanshah and Mashhad. Of course, the most important thing is that this food is completely an Iranian food.

Ingredients of this dish are rice, apricot (qheisi), minced meat, raisins, onion, saffron and dates without seeds. To prepare it, you should pour the rice in boiling water and after a few minutes, add the noodles to it. After the noodles are soft, we have to drain the rice and noodles. Then steam the rice.

Put some butter and oil in a pan and put it on medium heat. Take the size of a tangerine from the cutlet mixture. Shape it with your hands and fry it in oil.
